The 45-minute live webinar – titled From Policy to Claim: Building Lasting Loyalty at Every Touchpoint – takes place at 10.30am on March 26.

The discussion will be moderated by Insurance News editor-in-chief John Deex.
The panel will explore the idea that customer loyalty in insurance isn’t won at claim time alone but is built at every interaction across the policy life cycle.
The webinar aims to set out how insurers can use proactive, personalised communication to improve trust, reduce friction and boost operational efficiency from quote and underwriting through renewal, claims and settlement.
“With 85% of customers saying communications shape their experience and 66% willing to switch if expectations aren’t met, insurers need communication strategies that keep pace with digital-first expectations,” Guidewire and Smart Communications said.
