Hollard has appointed Annabelle Butler as customer advocate.

Melbourne-based Ms Butler was most recently executive manager for accessibility at Suncorp, where she worked 14 years. She has been a panel member at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority since the start of 2019.

“This opportunity represents a significant milestone for me and I am grateful to the Hollard team for extending this invitation,” Ms Butler said.
