Allianz moves up top workplaces chart
Allianz has taken fourth place in the Australia’s Best Workplaces ranking of large employers this year – the only insurer to make the list.
The company moved up three places in the chart compiled by Great Place to Work, based on a survey covering more than 128,000 employees in Australia.
Allianz says the recognition reflects its “sustained investment across four key pillars: flexibility and inclusion, employee recognition, customer obsession, AI skills training and internal career mobility programs”.
Allianz Australia MD Richard Feledy said: “Being named one of Australia’s best workplaces is something our entire team should be incredibly proud of. It speaks to our commitment to our customers, to each other and to the communities we serve.”
Chief people and culture officer Anna Stavropoulos added: “Investing in our people is part of our culture of continuous learning.
“Over the past year we’ve continued to create opportunities for our people to build new skills, broaden their experiences, be recognised for their contributions and work flexibly in ways that help them thrive.”
