The Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence will be held at the end of the month.  

The program covers business areas including personal lines, SME property and casualty, corporate property and casualty, specialty and workers’ compensation.  

The winner in each category enters the running for the Gold Mansfield overall prize, and the Purple Mansfield goes to a company or individual that has “gone above and beyond and provided service that has made a real difference to a client or a community”.  

Organiser LMI Group’s founder and executive chairman Allan Manning says the awards ceremony will be “another great night”.  

Last year, Suncorp-owned insurer Vero took the Gold Mansfield for the fifth consecutive year, and Allianz complaints support adviser Denise Di Giacomo won the Purple Mansfield.  

The awards are non-profit, with funds covering costs and the remainder donated to the Amal Mulia Orphanage in Indonesia.  

The event is at the Establishment Ballroom in Sydney from 5pm on July 31.
