BMS Group will acquire Queensland-based Corporate and Commercial Insurance Brokers.  

Corporate and Commercial, led by former Marsh managing principal Jeremy Murfin, provides specialist risk advisory and broking services for the property sector.  

Mr Murfin will become a client director for BMS Australia, reporting to BMS Risk Solutions Queensland MD Stephen Moore, and joins the national executive leadership team.  

“We needed to find a business that could deliver the same services to our clients, while also providing additional resources to cater for growth and specialisation in diversity,” Mr Murfin said.  

International broking group BMS provides specialist insurance, reinsurance and capital market advisory services.

In Australia, it has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
