Aspire leadership program open for applications

The Aspire Women Leaders Program, aimed at Steadfast broking sector participants, is inviting applications for its third intake.

The program, launched in 2021 by Hollard and Steadfast, delivers training focused on executive development, technical capabilities and strategic business acumen.

Participants can learn from mentors and network with future business leaders, and graduates earn credits towards an MBA from the University of NSW Australian Graduate School of Management.

“At Hollard, we know that diverse teams make better decisions and drive stronger outcomes,” chief commercial officer Suzi Leung said.

“Our continued support for Aspire reflects our deep commitment to building a more inclusive insurance sector and investing in the next generation of female leaders.”

Hollard is inviting applications from women working in Steadfast brokerages. The 12-month program is aimed at those in senior roles such as directors and principals, plus identified future leaders.

“We are very proud to support the Aspire program, for the third time, and the professional development of women in the insurance broking industry, and we’re seeing new leaders emerge as a result of this participation,” Steadfast CEO Robert Kelly said.

The course, consisting of six modules, will start in November and requires on-site attendance.

Applications close on July 31. More details are available here
