Appointments ‘elevate’ risk oversight at Steadfast
Steadfast says William Brown has joined as GM of risk and compliance – a new position at the broking group.
He will focus on “proactively supporting the group with identifying and managing emerging risks, as well as monitoring that Steadfast adheres to relevant policies”.
Mr Brown, who reports to COO Noelene Palmer, was previously HBF Health’s chief risk officer. He started the Steadfast job last month, according to his LinkedIn.
“Risk management has always been crucial to our integrity as an organisation and we believe this is the right time to elevate our focus in this area for the group’s continued success,” CEO and MD Robert Kelly said.
