Suncorp chooses Crunchwork for property claims
Codafication’s Crunchwork platform will support Suncorp property claims after a selection process in which the Brisbane insurtech was commercially “pressure tested” against large international vendors.
Crunchwork manages all parties involved in claims. With connected workflows across customers, insurers, assessors and supply chain partners, it gives shared visibility.
“By modernising the way we manage assessments and repairs, we’ll create a more connected and efficient experience,” Suncorp EGM of home claims customers Alli Smith said.
Last December, IAG selected the platform for its claims. Aon, QBE, RAA, Youi, Auto & General, Urban Utilities, and Australian Building & Construction Group are also Codafication customers.
The insurtech, founded 11 years ago, is now expanding into North America and New Zealand.
Founder and MD Daniel Sandaver has also been MD at repair manager Australian Building & Construction Group for almost two decades. There, he saw a “triangle of confusion” involving customer, insurer and supply chain.
He says Codafication is gaining traction in international markets with technology designed to meet the demands of complex, high-volume claims environments.
“We are excited to continue to support the Australian insurance supply chain by providing automation and industry solutions to make helping customers easier,” he said.
