Young Insurance Professionals Victoria will host an event called Inside Lloyd’s and the London Market on October 1.

Guest speakers are CFC MD Anita Lane, Pantheon Specialty director Matthew Newton and Dale Underwriting Partners’ James McPartland.

They will discuss how the UK approaches insurance and what Australian professionals need to know to thrive globally.

Ms Lane says attendees have a unique opportunity to ask questions on the intricacies of the Lloyd’s market.

A second panel will feature younger professionals and examine the future of insurance.
