Iain McGuire has been appointed chief technology and AI officer at Wotton Kearney.

In the newly created role, he will lead the law firm’s technology teams, further embed AI across the business and work with clients on emerging risks.

Sydney-based Mr McGuire was previously Cognizant VP for Asia-Pacific and has held senior roles at Deloitte and PwC, advising on AI, cybersecurity and governance risk.

“Iain’s appointment strengthens our ability to bring together legal, advisory and technology capability, delivering more integrated, end-to-end solutions for our clients,” Wotton Kearney chief executive partner David Kearney said.
