Time to Dive In again

Registration is now open for Dive In sessions, held globally from September 16-18 as the insurance industry’s diversity and inclusion festival marks its 11th year.

Organisers say they are “offering an exciting range of hybrid events connecting people across six continents ... Don’t miss your chance to connect, learn and be inspired.”

This year’s theme is Belonging Builds Tomorrow.

Last year's festival attracted a record 45,000 attendees, and Dive In chair and Marsh McLennan media relations director Jason Groves expects to match that this year.

“The appetite for action is clear,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

“More than ever, we need to draw talent from the widest possible pool of people and to make sure they have great careers once they get here.”

He says belonging is “when people aren’t just included but truly integrated into the fabric of a team or organisation”.

Local sessions this year include Masking to Mastery: ADHD in the Workplace, presented by Marsh McLennan and AIG; Intergenerational Inclusion 2.0: Where Technology, Inclusion and Workforce Strategy Intersect, led by Munich Re and Clyde & Co; and Building High-Performing Teams Through Belonging, presented by the National Insurance Brokers Association, Marsh McLennan and WTW.
