Steadfast says its inaugural “regional days” program helped connect members and keep them up to date on industry insights.

The events brought together brokers from Victoria, NSW and Queensland, and provided guidance on products and services available through the network, plus insights from insurer partners.

Representatives from Steadfast’s Erato professional indemnity program offered advice to brokers on delivering for clients while protecting their own businesses and reputations.

An opening event was held in Victoria late last year, followed by sessions in Bendigo, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba last month and this month.

Steadfast’s Australian network GM for broker, risk and insurer services Kasun Jayaratne says a sense of “camaraderie among our network brokers was evident” at the events.

“Knowledge was shared openly, and the energy in the room highlighted the passion they have for securing the right insurance and risk solutions for their clients,” he said. “Steadfast’s regional broker network plays a vital role in our success, and we remain deeply committed to ensuring our connection with these brokers continues to be strong and well supported.”

Steadfast will continue the program and plans to expand it to more regions over the next 18 months.
