Rothbury Insurance Brokers has appointed Charlene Kitching to the new role of broking services head.

The New Zealand group says the move follows a review of its operations, with a focus on simplifying processes and implementing a consistent approach to support its brokers.

“Charlene is focused on improving how broking services operate across the business, bringing greater consistency and efficiency to how services are delivered – helping ensure clients receive more consistent, dependable support,” Rothbury said.  

Ms Kitching, who has more than three decades’ experience at Aon, will be based at Rothbury’s Tauranga office.   

“I joined Rothbury at a time when strengthening broking services and consistency across the business is a real focus,” she said. “It’s been great working with teams nationally to simplify how we do things and support brokers in delivering reliable service to clients.”
