Oracle Group Australia says board members and authorised representatives Jacob Ross and Matthew Denehy have left the organisation.

Mr Ross and Mr Denehy have been executive directors at ARs Oracle Group (NSW) and Oracle Group (Queensland), and both businesses will be transitioned to another licensee.

Oracle Group Australia has thanked the pair for their contributions and wished them the best for the future.

“Our business is evolving, and our board remains laser-focused and committed to our authorised representatives,” MD Jane Martin says. “We are moving forward in a unified manner, with a focus on growth and innovation”.

Oracle has more than $150 million in gross written premium, 50 ARs and more than 160 people in the group.
