360 Underwriting Solutions has promoted Tom Hatton to be its claims head.  

Mr Hatton was previously claims operations manager, a role he held since joining the group in May 2024.

Before that, he spent more than five years at Gallagher Bassett, working across its motor, property and short-tail claims portfolios.  

He also has experience working at Suncorp, and Allianz’s Ireland division.
