Clyde & Co is running an Australian Litigation School training series for insurance professionals.

The program – held last month and this month in Sydney and Melbourne, and travelling to London next month – is led by Australian partners and senior lawyers and features in-person sessions and webinars.

It is designed for professionals in claims, underwriting or litigation risk and gives an overview of the Australian legal system and managing litigation from commencement to hearing, including witnesses, class actions and trials. 

Courtroom simulations, a mock trial and multiparty mediation scenarios are on the curriculum.  

The school heads to London on November 12 and 13.
