Raymond Chen has been appointed head of data and AI at Kaibridge.

The insurtech, led by former Steadfast COO Nigel Fitzgerald and ex-AIG Australia CEO Grant Cairns, says Mr Chen will help build an efficient, differentiated and scalable operating model.

Sydney-based Mr Chen is a former AIG risk analyst and Young Insurance Professionals committee president.

He has also worked at Commonwealth Bank, the University of NSW, Bank of Melbourne and EY.

“Ray has developed sophisticated models, automated manual processes, built production-grade systems and applied AI to solve practical business problems,” Kaibridge said.
