AllAces Cleaning & Restoration has won a commercial restoration project of the year award.

The Restoration Industry Association Australasia honour recognises a complex commercial fire and smoke recovery job in Erina, NSW.

AllAces was engaged to deliver staged fire, smoke and soot remediation across a multitenancy commercial complex, where contamination had spread to neighbouring spaces and shared building elements.

The restorer treated affected areas as they became safely accessible, managed odour and cross-contamination risk, and preserved restorable building elements where practical, supporting a progressive return to trade-ready conditions rather than unnecessary wholesale replacement.

Through this approach, AllAces helped deliver substantial savings compared with a broader stripout and replacement method.
