ICA chief to address Claims Convention

Registrations have opened for this year’s Claims Convention, hosted by the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

The event, in its 18th year, is themed New Frontiers and Disruptions in Claims, and will feature presentations and panel discussions on industry matters.

Insurance Council of Australia CEO Andrew Hall will speak on the state of the insurance market, recent changes, and future expectations and challenges.

“With claims under increasing scrutiny, CC25 is designed to give professionals the insights and knowledge they need to tackle the key issues facing the insurance sector both now and into the future,” AILCA said.

Organisers expect “strong demand” after last year’s convention attracted more than 350 people.

The event is at the Hilton Sydney in George Street on September 17.  See registration information here.
