Eliza Grant has been appointed head of insurance mergers and acquisitions at Howden.  

Sydney-based Ms Grant most recently spent four years at Marsh McLennan, finishing as head of transactional risk, private equity and M&A services for the Pacific region. 

She has also worked at law firms Clayton Utz and Allens, and Eversheds Sutherland in Dubai.

Howden says she is known for her focus on bespoke solutions for clients navigating M&A risks. 

Ms Grant says there is a “very contagious energy at Howden and I’m thrilled to be part of it. I’ll be building out the M&A insurance capabilities in the Pacific.
