Allianz Australia and AFL club West Coast Eagles have backed Foodbank WA’s Give a Feed campaign this holiday season.  

The partners sponsored 1000 hampers, each containing a festive meal for a family of four. Foodbank aims to deliver 3000 hampers in its Christmas campaign.  

Allianz executives and Eagles players Jake Waterman, Tylar Young, Tim Kelly and Matt Flynn visited the charity’s Perth facility last week to pack hampers.  

The insurer recently signed a new four-year partnership with the Eagles’ AFL, AFLW and wheelchair football teams.

“Caring for WA communities is central to our partnership, and this initiative is the first step, with more to come next year,” Allianz Australia MD Richard Feledy said.
