Customer service in focus at ANZIIF NZ awards
The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance has named the finalists in its annual New Zealand awards.
This year’s submissions were evaluated with a greater focus on customer commitment, ethical standards and supporting vulnerable communities.
“The awards showcase individuals and teams raising standards, strengthening industry trust and making a real difference for New Zealanders by prioritising the skills, knowledge and connections that drive the insurance community forward,” institute CEO Katrina Shanks said.
ANZIIF says the judges have chosen one outstanding finalist in the large broking company and underwriting agency of the year categories, with the winner to be announced at the awards ceremony.
Special individual honours including insurance leader of the year and the lifetime achievement award will also be presented at the event at the Cordis, Auckland, on November 27.
