Crawford & Company has appointed Mark Bossio to its key account management team in Australia.

Melbourne-based Mr Bossio has spent most of his career at Zurich, finishing as acting head of customer general insurance claims almost two years ago. He was most recently client relationship manager at Ethos Building & Restoration.

Crawford’s local president Jonathan Hubbard says the new recruit brings “both experience and empathy to the table”.  

“I’m delighted to welcome Mark to Crawford and look forward to the impact he will make,” he said.
