Bridge links with ANZIIF on industry study

Consultancy The Bridge International has partnered with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance on its Heartbeat general insurance survey.

Insurance professionals can respond to the study on customer, commercial and cultural trends in the industry.

Anonymised results will be shared with ANZIIF members and those who complete the survey.

The Bridge has compiled the Heartbeat survey for several years, but this is its first partnering with ANZIIF. It expects to have the study report ready by year’s end.

The Bridge partner and practice lead for general insurance Stuart Brown says it is important to ask professionals about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the industry.

“We need to understand the customer, culture and commercial trends and disruptions at play, what is exciting and worrying people and what are the key investments required to capitalise on these opportunities and address the issues.”

ANZIIF GM of industry engagement Mark Silveira is encouraging all members to participate so they can identify “the skills and capabilities they believe they need now and in the future to help share our leadership, training and development programs”.
