Steadfast has launched its 2027 graduate program, designed to provide hands-on experience across the group’s broking and underwriting businesses.

It says one highlight is a project in which participants collaborate on a real business challenge and present their recommendations to Steadfast’s executive leaders.

CEO Robert Kelly says the program focuses on giving graduates meaningful experience and career support from day one.

“We want graduates to feel they are making an impact from the beginning of their career,” he said. 

“Our graduates aren’t observing our industry, they are contributing fresh thinking and practical solutions that improve our business.”

The 12-month program is open to recent university graduates and final-year students. Applications close on August 21.
