Robin Singh has taken the newly created role of Zurich national financial lines underwriting manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Sydney-based Mr Singh was most recently IAG’s national principal for corporate directors’ and officers’ and financial institutions. He previously worked as CGU’s national D&O manager professional risks for a decade and held senior roles at Chubb, Swiss Re, Axis Specialty and ANZ.

He will be responsible for managing key broker relationships and underwriting strategy for financial lines products issued by Zurich locally.

Mr Singh starts the new role on September 29.
