Vinh Ngo has been appointed head of construction in Victoria at Willis, effective August 25.

The move means Bill Callan – who has led the practice since 2019 and been at Willis for 13 years – will fill a new role as director of strategic client management.

“The role has been created specifically to enable Bill to dedicate more of his time to the senior client work he is most passionate about, while continuing to contribute his expertise across the broader construction team,” the broker said.

Mr Ngo has been Lockton’s real estate and construction manager in Victoria for three years. He has also worked at Honan, Marsh, Toll Group and Aon.

“He is an outstanding appointment and I look forward to working closely with him as he takes our Victorian team forward,” Mr Callan said.
