Steadfast EGM of Australasian networks, broker and insurer services Nick Cook will join a refreshed McLardy McShane board.

Kevin Tehan, Paul Quinn and Vishal Kapoor will exit the board, which now comprises: Don McLardy (executive chairman); Mike McShane (executive director); Meg Long (director); Nick McLardy (director); Mr Cook (director – Steadfast) and Mark Walkley (independent director).

As previously reported, former CEO Don McLardy announced a new leadership structure at the group’s annual conference in the Blue Mountains last week, with other executive appointments also confirmed. 

Ms Long is now CEO of McLardy McShane Partners, overseeing the licence-holding company and the group’s authorised representative network.

Her executive team comprises: Nick Towns (CFO); Janine Shipton (GM – AR networks); Shaneika Sutherland (head of national development); Vanessa Enticott (head of risk and compliance); Richard Davies (head of operations and strategic partnerships); Tracy Scarella (national compliance manager); and Bianca Galjar (national events manager).

Nick McLardy is the new CEO of McLardy McShane Insurance Advisors, the group’s nationwide insurance brokerage, which consists of 32 joint venture partnerships.

His executive team is: Nick Towns (CFO); Rachel Sozzi (national operations manager); Sarah McLardy (national people and community manager); Kate Rishworth (national compliance manager); Ben Woodham (national broking manager); and Jackson Paine (national brand and partnerships manager).
