Steadfast has appointed Duncan Ramsay as company secretary effective from yesterday. 

Mr Ramsay, who takes over from Alexandra Rose, will add the role to his existing responsibilities as chief legal officer. 

Steadfast will continue to have two company secretaries, with Chris Sargent also holding the role along with his position as general counsel. 

Ms Rose joined Steadfast last year, bringing more than 25 years’ corporate legal experience across the insurance and financial services sector, including with IAG and Commonwealth Bank. 

“The board thanks Ms Rose for her contribution to the company and wishes her well in her future endeavours,” Steadfast said.
