Victoria-based Roderick Insurance Brokers has marked 40 years of operations with a celebration of past and present clients and employees.

The brokerage, founded in 1986 by Laurie Dean and Keith Roderick, has grown through strategic acquisitions and now employs more than 45 people.

The company credits its success to developing young professionals and supporting community initiatives, including charities the Leukaemia Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Victoria.  

Sales manager Paul Codd says the anniversary is a “proud milestone for our team”.

“We’ve grown from a small Geelong-based start-up to a respected brokerage with a national footprint and our staff feel very fortunate to work for such a well-respected industry figure,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.  

“Our longevity is a testament to a strong work ethic, doing the right thing by our clients, and the loyalty of clients who have trusted us across multiple generations.”
