Pruscino brings ‘passion for broking’ to Steadfast
Steadfast CEO Robert Kelly says new head of broker network Stella Pruscino will strengthen relationships and drive “network-wide initiatives”.
As previously reported, Ms Pruscino has joined Steadfast from Edgewise, where she spent more than eight years as account director. She previously worked with WTW and Marsh, and is on the board of the National Insurance Brokers Association.
Steadfast says former head of broker network Graham Cassidy remains with the organisation, becoming head of broker acquisitions and “focusing on unlocking opportunities with our equity partners”.
Mr Kelly says Ms Pruscino is well known for her passion for insurance broking.
“Stella brings over 30 years of deep operational and governance expertise and strategic focus to Steadfast and is a wonderful addition to our team,” he said.
“Our broker network is the foundation of Steadfast and, in her role, Stella will work closely with our members to strengthen relationships, drive network-wide initiatives and represent broker voices in strategic planning, ensuring our market-leading scale is matched by strong, personal relationships and broker-led innovation.”
Ms Pruscino reports to GM of Australian network, broker, risk and insurer services Kasun Jayaratne.
