Lockton bulks up care and community practice

Lockton says Paula Raudino has started working at the brokerage as head of care, community and education (CC&E), as it strengthens the team.

GM of industry specialties Ian Maybury says Ms Raudino has more than 20 years’ experience across health, aged care, life sciences, faith, non-profit and education, and brings both strategic leadership and sector expertise.

Client managers Karen Nash and Feisy Kerr, and senior associate Ryan Gadd have also joined Lockton over the past few months.

“Together, these appointments significantly reinforce our CC&E specialty, which remains a critical pillar of Lockton Pacific’s growth strategy,” Mr Maybury said in an internal email this week.

As reported by insuranceNEWS.com.au in December, Ms Raudino has moved from Aon, where she was a client director for two years, having previously worked at Gallagher and JLT.

Lockton has also recruited Michelle Love from Willis as national manager for group risk and superannuation, based in the Brisbane office.

GM of people solutions Michael Woodlands says Ms Love’s appointment adds significant depth to the team.

“Michelle’s consistent delivery of high-quality, client-focused outcomes strongly reflects the standards we set for ourselves at Lockton,” Mr Woodlands said in a note this week.
