Max Garratt and Russell Hails have joined Gallagher Re’s Australian team as executive directors.

Mr Garratt was a partner at Lockton Advisory for more than three years and previously spent four years as executive director of broking at Willis Re.

Mr Hails was previously a Lockton Companies partner, following 15 years as executive director of broking at Willis Re.

They both live in Sydney.

“Max and Russell will use their wealth of experience to broaden and enhance our client solutions,” Gallagher Re said.
