Domo Insurance has appointed Richard Farley as a senior claims broker.

The Melbourne-based brokerage says Mr Farley specialises in commercial motor, industrial special risk and financial lines, and has experience working on professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’, cyber and construction claims and fraud investigations.

He has previously held positions at IAG, CGU and Gallagher.

“Richard is an invaluable addition to our growing team,” Domo said. “He has successfully led diverse claims teams, managed complex claims and delivered strong outcomes for clients through strategic negotiation and stakeholder engagement.”

Domo was founded last year by John Paul Whitbread alongside Will Dunn and Eliza White.
