Network Insurance House says Coverforce broking CEO Gareth Carpenter will join it in a new chief commercial officer position.  

The brokerage says Mr Carpenter will work to “unify our specialised broking and regional functions to provide dedicated executive support for our teams”.  

He will also join the group executive committee, a new entity focusing on long-term governance and broad growth strategies.  

Mr Carpenter has been at Coverforce since May 2024. He previously held senior positions at Austbrokers and Gallagher, and founded GBC Insurance Solutions. Coverforce Insurance Broking was recently acquired by GSA.

“Gareth’s appointment allows us to focus on the strategic opportunities that will drive our future growth, while ensuring our national teams have the executive leadership they need to thrive,” Network Insurance House CEO Andrew Broughton said.  

“His deep expertise in strategic insurer engagement and his proven ability to design scalable operating models are exactly what we need as we execute our 2030 road map.”  

The appointment follows a series of recent promotions at the business, formed from the merged operations of Network Insurance Group and Insurance House.
