Broker Claims Assist has been launched by former Apex Insurance senior account manager Haydn Nichols.

Mr Nichols says the business offers services such as claims preparation, dispute support and evidence gathering.

“It has been my experience that insurance brokers have not taken advantage of the insured claims preparation costs that are covered by the policies they place for their clients,” he said.

“We are here to help make sure the claims are presented correctly and accurately to the insurers, so claims can be settled quickly and so the claimant is sure to get the full benefit of their policy.

“Our mission is to take the pressure off insurance brokers by assisting with the claim process from start to finish, and get the best possible result for the client.”
