Blue Zebra has launched its Natural Disaster Hub to help customers affected by floods, cyclones and other severe events.

The portal provides state-specific support information, emergency contacts, claims guidance and other practical resources.

“When severe weather impacts your customers, having the right information at hand can make all the difference,” the underwriting group said on LinkedIn.

Blue Zebra says the hub is “built to help [partners] support customers with confidence … providing clarity in uncertain moments and helping customers get back on track sooner”.
