Arch Insurance Australia has promoted Brendon Terry and Jarrod O’Connor to be regional branch managers.

Mr Terry, based in Sydney, will head the northern region, overseeing operations and broker relations for the Queensland, NSW and ACT offices. He has also been named property head.

He joined Arch in 2024 as a property underwriting manager, following 12 years at Vero.  

Mr O’Connor will oversee the southern region, covering Victoria, Tasmania, SA and WA.

He will also be accident and health head.  

Mr O’Connor, based in Melbourne, has been with Arch since 2022. Before that he worked at AFA Insurance, Accident & Health International, and Austbrokers.  

The pair will report to regional manager Dominic Brannigan, who says the appointments “further strengthen our leadership structure ... and position us well to spearhead strategy across the northern and southern regions.

“Brendon and Jarrod are highly respected in their respective markets and have continually demonstrated expertise in leadership and delivering value to brokers.”
