Acenda has finalised its group leadership team, which reports to CEO Chris de Bruin.

The members are: chief commercial officer Sean McCormack; claims and innovation officer Andrew Beevors; general counsel Lisa Hayes; CFO Yvonne Le Bas; chief risk officer Karen Malzard; CIO Peter Histon; chief investment officer John Lucey; interim chief people officer Nupur Bhushan; Asteron Life New Zealand CEO Grant Willis; and Acenda Life COO Jane Murray.

Mr de Bruin says the team “will be instrumental in leading the formation of the Acenda Group, as we aim to build a bigger, more dynamic business focused on growth, innovation and exceptional customer outcomes.

“Together, our new leaders unite strong operational expertise, deep customer understanding and strategic insight that will help drive our growth ambitions and transform how we support our customers and partners.”

Acenda says the appointments of Mr de Bruin and leadership team members will take effect after its acquisition of Resolution Life is completed.
