NTI appoints customer chief after leadership change
NTI head of insurance risk and reinsurance Andrew Kidd has become chief customer officer, replacing Janelle Greene, who took over as CEO last month.
Mr Kidd leads a team spanning underwriting, marketing, actuarial, product management, data and insights, strategy, insurance risk and reinsurance.
“Andrew has played a key role in strengthening NTI’s risk framework and driving strategic alignment across the business,” Ms Greene said.
“His deep understanding of the industry, combined with a sharp customer lens, makes him an ideal fit for this critical role.”
Mr Kidd joined transport and logistics insurer NTI in 2017 as its first head of marine, having previously worked at Suncorp.
He is chair of the Insurance Council of Australia’s marine working group and is a member of the International Union of Marine Insurance’s cargo technical committee.
Mr Kidd said: “Setting the team’s strategic direction not only supports our market-facing teams but ensures NTI continues to make a positive difference for our customers across the logistics space in Australia.”
