Another three experienced Aon Australia employees are set to join rival international broker Willis.

As previously reported, Aon chief commercial officer Stephen Trickey will become Willis’ head of growth and Aon head of specialty solutions Eden Fletcher is to start as head of FINEX for Willis.

Now, insuranceNEWS.com.au has learnt three more will make the switch: Aon’s director and cyber practice leader Michael Parrant, and client directors for financial institutions and professions Tanya Ferguson and Laura Gaynor.

Willis declined to comment or confirm new titles, but insuranceNEWS.com.au understands the trio will sit within the FINEX team.

Mr Parrant has worked with Aon for more than 20 years, Ms Gaynor for more than 10 years, and Ms Ferguson for nine years.
