Two long-serving Aon Australia executives will join Willis as the battle for experienced broking talent continues.

insuranceNEWS.com.au understands Aon chief commercial officer Stephen Trickey will become Willis’ head of growth.

And Aon’s head of specialty solutions Eden Fletcher is set to start as head of FINEX for Willis.

Mr Fletcher’s LinkedIn page shows he has worked at Aon for almost 20 years in various senior roles, and before that he was a senior account executive at Marsh.

Mr Trickey has been with Aon for 35 years, starting in London before moving to Melbourne in 2001 and Sydney in 2008.

Willis declined to provide details, and Aon did not respond to requests for comment.

Industry sources have speculated that more similar moves are in the works, but insuranceNEWS.com.au has been unable to verify any further appointments at this stage.
