Aon Reinsurance Australia casualty leader for Asia-Pacific Grant Hollyman will become Gallagher Re’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand.

A Gallagher spokesperson confirmed reports Mr Hollyman will join the broker in April. No other details were provided.

He will take over from Heather Bone, who joins Allianz Australia next month as head of reinsurance.

Mr Hollyman joined Aon Benfield in August 2011, becoming head of casualty for Australia and New Zealand after leaving a similar role at Guy Carpenter.
