Zurich’s WA branch finds new headquarters
Zurich will move offices in Perth after securing space at 140 St Georges Terrace.
The insurer says the switch to the 30-storey tower will be complete in November as it looks to centralise its WA operations.
Australia CEO Justin Delaney says the move is a “significant milestone for our business in Western Australia”, which was established more than 40 years ago.
“Our new presence at 140 St Georges Terrace reflects our long-term commitment to the state and our local customers, partners and people.
“We look forward to our relocation to the CBD and being a part of the city’s vibrant business community.”
The insurer says it has a seven-year lease across level 14 of the building.
