Carly Orr will join Tower as chief people officer in February, leading the company’s digital transformation and employee strategy.

She joins after nearly two years with Fidelity Life, which followed a spell at Suncorp New Zealand.

Tower CEO Paul Johnston says Ms Orr’s appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to building leadership depth and a strong people focus.

She will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen Tower’s culture, develop leadership capability, and enhance employee experience.
