Steadfast hails departing CFO, begins executive search

Steadfast Group CFO Stephen Humphrys will step down at the end of next month after more than 12 years with the business.

He is retiring for health and family reasons, and group financial controller Hannah Lee will become acting CFO while Steadfast searches for a replacement.

“Stephen has made a significant contribution to the success of Steadfast,” CEO and MD Robert Kelly said.

“He has played a pivotal role in helping drive the business to achieve its strategic objectives …During his tenure, Steadfast was listed on the ASX in August 2013 and has since produced 12 successive years of record profits.

“We respect his decision to prioritise health as well as his family and wish him all the very best for the future.”
