Specialist Risk Group has become a member of IPO Network, a provider of advisory services for micro to medium capitalised companies in Australia. 

IPO Network member representative Jeffrey Luckins says SRG is “quickly establishing tailored insurance services for the businesses in the mid-market and with a clear focus on the equity capital markets. SRG will further complement our service offerings in the capital markets sector.”

London-based SRG launched in Australia last month, targeting the mid-market space. The underwriting agency and broking group already had a Singapore office.

SRG managing partner Henry Clark says joining the network “provides our clients with high-quality complementary professional services across Australia, and immediate solutions to all manner of dilemmas which clients encounter in the capital markets sector”.

IPO Network members’ specialist services include legal, accounting and marketing communications.

It was established in 2010 to help clients “prepare and execute their exit strategy and to support listed companies beyond their IPO”, according to its website.
