QBE today announced the launch of a property-focused supplier platform that integrates its claims management systems with supply chain partners.

QBE PropertyLink automates services and expedites the property claims process, the insurer says.

It was developed in collaboration with insurtech partner ENData.

“QBE PropertyLink is a great example of how insurers can work with our insurtech partners to challenge our existing claims processes and improve the experience for our customers,” Chief Claims Officer Jon Fox said.

“The new supplier tool will reduce the end-to-end claim time for customers by directly linking suppliers to QBE’s claims management systems, and provide better visibility over the life stages of a claim, highlighting any delays or incomplete activities for faster resolution.”
