Purple patch: strata underwriter Flex shakes up branding

Strata underwriting agency Flex has introduced a new logo and refreshed its brand identity, while parent CHU has made an addition to its community association insurance.

Flex says the new purple shade and logo reflect its commitment to evolving product design, technology and underwriting to meet strata communities’ changing needs.

The agency, which has capacity from Lloyd’s and QBE, offers flexible cover suitable for small and large strata buildings.

CHU said last week it has introduced landlord and home and contents cover tailored for individual lot owners in community associations. 

“The expansion of our community association insurance to cover lot owner homes and landlords provides additional flexibility and fit-for-purpose options for this unique style of community living,” CEO Kimberley Jonsson said.
