PSC Insurance Brokers NZ has acquired Tauranga-based Broking Advisors.

Broking Advisors director Gwenda Jones will join the PSC team and work closely with its Waikato Branch, led by Amit Summan.

The business has been part of the PSC Connect network since 2020, and PSC NZ national manager William O’Brien says many clients and partners are “familiar with Gwenda’s outstanding reputation”.

“Gwenda brings a wealth of industry knowledge and trusted relationships to our team,” he added. “This acquisition reflects PSC NZ’s ongoing commitment to strengthening our presence and capabilities across the region.”

In July, Envest Group closed PSC Connect New Zealand after 13 years to focus on building its PSC Insurance Broking network by acquiring portfolios and brokerages.
